site updates
(latest first)

Whether or not justice prevails, this site does allude to what justice requires. The United Kingdom is a fallen nation, for having allowed these atrocities to occur, and for not holding to account those responsible. Sometimes in life, the largest crime of all, is to do nothing.

Civil rights, liberty and justice are not just wishy washy waffle as former Home Secretary David Blunkett suggested, instead these are what the government has a prime duty to protect. No issue is more fundamental. What ever threats and fears the state uses as an excuse for more and more draconian powers, if these values are destroyed, then the nation has not been defended at all. Truth is not only violated by falsehood; it may be equally outraged by silence - Henri Frederic Amiel

"When a well-packaged web of lies has been sold gradually to the masses over generations, the truth will seem utterly preposterous and its speaker a raving lunatic." - Dresden James

According to the 1984 Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment: "The term 'torture' means any act by which severe pain or suffering, whether physical or mental, is intentionally inflicted on a person for such purposes as obtaining information or a confession ... inflicted by or at the instigation of or with the consent or acquiescence of a public official or any other person acting in an official capacity ... No exceptional circumstances whatsoever, whether a state of war or a threat of war, internal political stability or any other public emergency, may be invoked as a justification of torture." - truthout

James Gamble and the House of Lords part 6

Mr. Gamble was questioned in relation to the evidence that supported incitement charges, he responded as follows:

[1] To the best of my knowledge, in all incitement cases, additional evidence beyond simple single credit card details have supported the prosecution. [2] I understand that where there is doubt, suspects have given the benefit of the doubt. - James Gamble to Lord Broers at the House of Lords on 01/06/2007

[1] Whilst it could have been alleged that Mr. Gamble was economical with the truth, merit where it is due and this statement Mr. Gamble made was truthful and it is supported by the evidence.

[2] In relation to providing the benefit of the doubt, the fact that Mr. Gamble and others were responsible for deliberately misleading the public and the courts with false incriminating information serves to evidence this statement was untruthful at best.

James Gamble and the House of Lords part 5

The defence in a trial in Northern Ireland requested that the prosecution provide a verifiable schedule of the evidence in their possession. What seems to have followed was extraordinary:

Consideration was given to whether Mr. Campbell should be cautioned. A caution is not a threat. A caution is designed to protect an individual of whom there are ground to suspect an offence may have been committed. - James Gamble to Lord Broers at the House of Lords on 01/06/2007

Allegations that Mr. Gamble has committed serious criminal offences were upheld for investigation by the IPCC after a series of obstructions by the Home Office and the police. In the ensuing time (some two years) the offending behaviour has continued unabated. SOCA have chosen to even withhold a verifiable schedule of what evidence they have, instead the request for the same results in threats to Mr. Duncan Campbell. Mr. Gamble asserts that they are required to investigate what evidence the defence has.

Thousands of people were victims of such conduct, many of them in court. And so it goes on ...

This update was delayed as a consequence of new information received from America which is currently being analysed. This is the last update in this series analysing a letter to the House of Lords.

James Gamble and the House of Lords part 4

"Kean Songy's post mortem report
In relation to Mr. Campbell's account of a post mortem study of Landslide, CEOP have obtained a statement from Mr. Kean Songy. Songy states he had a limited conversation with Mr. Campbell. He denies the assertions attributed to him, stating a review of credit card activity prior to the police search of Landslide Inc. does not translate into a post mortem study. Mr Songy cannot understand how Campbell has reached his conclusions. We note that Kean Songy suggests one of the possible options is that there was no fraud." - James Gamble to Lord Broers at the House of Lords on 01/06/2007

This particular attempt at deception has sinister undertones. Landslide staff were given two options, face the Grand Jury or meet with prosecutor Terri Moore, a practice that is incompatible with justice. If Mr. Gamble has obtained a statement from Mr. Songy, that statement should be published as a whole. If it exists that statement may well prove, like the David Cruz statement (used as generic evidence in Operation Ore), to have been authored not by the individual but by law enforcement themselves. Landslide employees did meet with Terri Moore and operatives of law enforcement, that is not to say they all complied with Terri Moore's intentions. Michael Mead who was in attendance was challenged for being a liar. (Michael Mead was required to resign from USPIS and now heads up the online fraud department at Blockbuster. Terri Moore is now back prosecuting in Texas after a failed career in politics founded on the Landslide trial.)

Mr. Songy did author reports on the fraud levels at Landslide, they were incompatible with maintaining a Merchant account. Further, Mr. Songy had the impossible task of resurrecting the company after it was closed down due to fraud and placed on the match, weeks before Landslide's small suite of offices were subject to a high profile raid by over 50 law enforcement officers and other commercial interests like Microsoft. The raid was instituted on 8th September 1999, no one was arrested or charged with any offence at that time.

Much of the fraud went unreported at Landslide, as people went to their credit card companies, and transactions were reversed independently of the company, to be subsequently deducted from Merchant payments. The different kinds of reversals that Landslide did process through their system were alone indicative of massive fraud as the Songy report evidences. This evidence is published on this website as it was illegally concealed by SOCA in an attempt to pervert the course of justice.

The statement Mr. Gamble made was incompatible with reason, let alone the truth, alleging that a post mortem study isn't a post mortem study. The company was shut down and investigated by defence experts in a post mortem study. Perhaps Mr. Gamble would like to invent a name for what a post mortem study is if he is suggesting it isn't post mortem? He will not do so, the assertion is ridiculous.

We hope that Mr. Songy has not been interfered with. The practice of harassing witnesses, complainants and the accused in Operation Ore is evidenced and remains subject to formal complaint via the IPCC complaints system.

James Gamble and the House of Lords part 3

"Whether CEOP (or the police) have sought and been granted search warrants to enter premises and seize materials on the basis solely of the use of credit cards online.
CEOP have not sought or been granted search warrants on the credit card information. However, CEOP cannot comment on what other police agencies may or may not have done." - James Gamble to Lord Broers at the House of Lords on 01/06/2007

1. CEOP are in charge of Operation Ore, they are producing evidence and attending court in these matters so the suggestion that CEOP cannot comment on what police agencies may or may not have done is absurd.

2. James Gamble is ACPO spokesman in this territory and as such has an official role in answering such questions. That is to say, if CEOP 'cannot' answer this question, Mr. Gamble has an official duty to as ACPO spokesman.

3. The core of SOCA management was formed out of the National Crime Squad, where James Gamble was one of the ringleaders of Operation Ore. The National Crime Squad decided to take part in Operation Ore to the extent of conducting arrests. Mr. Gamble would not have to change hats to answer this question. As former Deputy Director General of the National Crime Squad, it is only the name of the organisation that has changed.

James Gamble and the House of Lords part 2

- [1] 'To the best of my knowledge more than 2450* individuals have been successfully held to account.' - James Gamble to Lord Broers at the House of Lords on 01/06/2007

- [2] 'These incitement cases number only 161. This figure represents 1.8% of the total dissemination of transaction data. - James Gamble to Lord Broers at the House of Lords on 01/06/2007

- [3] 'In 21% of all dissemination cases, following an investigation, the Police Service took no further action.' - James Gamble to Lord Broers at the House of Lords on 01/06/2007

number crunching

If 161 [2] cases represent 1.8% [2] of the total, the total number of people targeted by SOCA computes at 8,944, higher than any figures previously claimed.

If 2,450 [1] were prosecuted "successfully", this equates to 27% of the total, by inference 6,494 were not prosecuted "successfully".

If 21% [3] resulted in no further action, then this accounts for 1,878 cases, leaving 4,616 cases actioned "unsuccessfully".

note 1:

*It should be noted that the 2,450 [1] figure is subject to a disclaimer which reads: 'The statistics include information supplied by forces in the first instance, with some selection and manual inputting by NCS/CEOP officers in the second. The data has then been cleansed and analysed. Statistics reflect activity to 17th May 2007.

note 2:

In quote 2 James Gamble specifically uses the term 'transaction data' which is ambiguous as it could be construed to relate to a) potential subscribers or b) transactions.

un/successfully are placed in quotes as success in this context should relate to justice not the number of convictions

James Gamble and the House of Lords

'A CPS prosecution strategy emerged, focusing on the subscriber incitement of the Reedys to distribute child abuse material. The CPS additionally drew up and issued best practice guidelines.' - James Gamble to Lord Broers at the House of Lords on 01/06/2007

Much as SOCA would like the public, the courts and even the House of Lords to believe otherwise, Landslide was an online payment broker. To help mitigate against the flood of chargebacks they hosted a website that was discussed in the Landslide trial. Contrary to the testimony of the errant Dallas Detective Steven Nelson who resigned with Michael Mead in disgrace, the site was adult, and this was correctly confirmed by the prosecution forensics operative under oath. Landslide was essentially an AVS service, providing payment / access services to prevent minors from accessing adult material in compliance with procedures laid down by the American government.

Having set the scene that Landslide was not a child porn host, rather a victim of rogue elements of US law enforcement who deliberately lied to secure a conviction based primarily on charges which were scientifically impossible, we leave Texas on its own to return to analysing the statement made by James Gamble to the House of Lords, that people were prosecuted for inciting the Reedys to distribute child abuse material. Consider the following analogous example:

Incitement is based on the fact that a person was inciting another person to commit an offence, in effect from what James Gamble has said, that the accused was inciting the Reedys to distribute what is legally termed 'indecent images of children' or to use Mr Gamble's preferred terminology; 'child abuse images'. Technically the offence incited was impossible, that is the Reedys were not in a position to distribute material they didn't have. This is perhaps clarified by an analogy which eliminates some of the legal and technical complexities:

Imagine Cornflakes have been made illegal, with the current rate of legislative prohibitions all things are possible. Person A goes into Tescos and purchases with his Mastercard a packet of Cornflakes. Mr. A is arrested and charged with inciting Mastercard to distribute Cornflakes.

Potential jurors should perhaps ask themselves if Mastercard distributed Cornflakes, if they could have distributed Cornflakes and most importantly to satisfy 'intent' did Mr A the shopper believe that Mastercard distributed Cornflakes. What would a juror say if armed with the truth?

It is perhaps reasonable to suggest Tescos distributed Cornflakes and that Mastercard were payment processors. The Crown Prosecution Service did use different wordings on the incitement charges, presumably someone with some knowledge of the Internet had pointed out the absurdity of the allegations in court, though the controversies over the incitement charge have been analysed in considerable detail on the Internet.

The statement by James Gamble might have been read to infer Landslide was distributing illegal imagery, that by inference anyone connected with Landslide was connected with illegal imagery. Whether or not parliamentary privilege can be applied to that statement to rebalance the scales of justice, this issue has been covered in some detail.

24/06/2007

The attention of public investigators is drawn to a further attempt by SOCA to mislead the House of Lords. Jim Gamble (SOCA / CEOP / VGT / ACPO) making a further written submission dated the 01/06/2007.

public / archive from Science and Technology Sub-Committee II

19/06/2007

A deliberate attempt to manipulate the media and corrupt and deprave the minds of the public was made today. Jim Gamble, the spokesman for SOCA and affiliates was responsible for an article in The Times. Included within the web of deceit was  the following statement of fact:

— Operation Ore 2000-03: began after US investigators uncovered a network of child pornography sites hosted in Texas and accessed by credit card subscribers around the world.

Thousands of Britons’ credit card details had been used to access the sites and police forces faced a deluge of cases.

The lessons learnt led to the formation of the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre.

These are deliberate lies, they are prejudicial to pending trials and are specifically unlawful. Lie is a strong word, it means SOCA were wilfully responsible for that which was known to be untrue and the allegation is made without reservation because it is supported by evidence beyond any reasonable doubt.  Much is covered on this site and elsewhere to that effect, but the only child porn server uncovered by public investigators in Texas, then or now, is run by US law enforcement for US law enforcement, evidence exonerates Landslide of such activity.

Had these 'official' stories been true, any responsible individuals with a genuine interest in the welfare of children would have sought the minimum of fanfare. It is perhaps of relevance that a substantial number of children were unlawfully maimed and killed this week yet there has been no fanfare, few speak for them for they died in foreign lands as a consequence of the orders of Her Majesty's government. They are spoken for, that should not be tolerated nor should it have happened at all. As the armed services are expected to comply with SOCA requests, requests should be made to stop killing children.

Operation Avalanche

US law enforcement operatives Michael Mead, Steven Nelson and Michael Marshall all resigned in disgrace, all having committed indictable offences, in each case evidenced though some of that evidence remains under seal. In an Operation Avalanche trial then Dallas Detective Steve Nelson of Dallas PD made the following statement on oath in court:

Steven A Nelson  in court - Operation Avalanche - 2002

A. I - we found out at the very end that there was approximately 350 web sites that they were verifying credit cards for in the child pornography side. I purchased 15 sites - actually purchased and did copy the sites for evidence purposes, and I also visited 16 others that I saw that Landslide was verifying for, but I didn't purchase. I saw that they were child pornography also. So 15 plus 16 out of 350 I know for sure were child pornography.

Researchers of Operation Ore (UK) and Operation Amethyst (Ireland) would have trouble keeping a tally of the number of lies told by Steven Nelson and Michael Mead though if they were, these lies though similar are are likely to be new.

1. '350 web sites they they were verifying credit cards for in the child pornography side'

This statement was a lie and the verifiable evidence against it is abundant. It is perhaps suitable to simply make reference to the Landslide trial where all this started. The webmaster of one of these 'child pornography sites' attended the Landslide trial for the defence and did so voluntarily, travelling from another jurisdiction. Although prosecution attorney Terri Moore mounted a savage attack on this witness suggesting the testimony was dishonest, careful examination has since evidenced that Terri Moore was one of the liars that wilfully sought and did pervert the course of justice and evidenced allegations remain on file with the US DOJ.

The webmaster made it clear that it is webmasters who are responsible for their sites, and this webmaster had nothing to fear by way of legal action as it was an adult website not child pornography as Detective Nelson asserted. The fact that Steven Nelson (backed up by fellow officers Gregory Dugger and Donald Wills) subsequently asserted otherwise and against the facts perhaps lays in the fact he had considerable protection working for Dallas PD, SOCA, Microsoft, the FBI and the CIA. So far that protection has held.

2. 'I purchased 15 sites'

Not only was this statement at odds with other statements made by the same detective, it was also at odds with his testimony at the Landslide trial, at odds with statements made to foreign courts and at odds with the facts and the evidence. Not only did this Nelson lie misrepresent the facts, it is perhaps also of relevance that the 'Nelson transactions' included subscription to and recording of a legal adult website. Another one of those 350 websites was not child porn as Nelson alleged, a fact confirmed by a technical witness at the Landslide trial. It is self-evident that vast quantities of child pornography were simply in Nelson's mind though his role in the distribution of child porn is likely to be exposed in due course.

3. 'So 15 plus 16 out of 350 I know for sure were child pornography'

For sure this was a lie as is confirmed by the very evidence Steven Nelson collected.

Innocent Americans were deliberately targeted in Operation Avalanche. Victims are invited to contact the webmaster at inquisition21.

Operation Avalanche

Coverage of Operation Ore has not continued here in favour of due process following the launch of what is in effect a 'class action', if not a series of them.

In the UK the Human Rights Act was ignored despite its legal supremacy and the government are seeking to have it formally scrapped but in America law enforcement had to circumvent a much more robust instrument in the form of the US constitution. How that was done, what Operation Avalanche really was has been investigated for some time but it is now evidenced and details are expected to emerge in the public domain in due course.

"The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." --Dante

"The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the TRUTH becomes the greatest ENEMY OF THE STATE." - Dr. Joseph M. Goebbels

an orgy of devastation

Who would create paedophile hysteria and why? Who would create medieval witch hunts, label people, assault them and deny them justice?

With the corruption of the judicial system (similar to the US), death and devastation tearing through the fabric of society, these are important questions to both ask and answer.

Who would allow this to go on, is it you?

grooming of MPs

The tranquillity in the world is currently shattered by some of the most brazen and absurd liars in history, many of them British. Recently Margaret Moran MP was out visiting the FBI, previously she said (source):

Margaret Moran MP 26/10/2005 in parliament

Operation Ore, the massive police investigation into child internet pornography, identified over 7,000 people in the UK, including judges, doctors and teachers, who used their credit cards to download images of children being abused or even killed for their gratification. Police believe that that is the tip of the iceberg. Those who download such images say that they have committed no crime, but every single vile picture that includes babies and children being raped and tortured has destroyed an innocent life.

The criminal justice system was suspended and people lost their lives through lies such these, but it is reasonable to presume from this and other statements, that Margaret Moran MP only cares about one person on earth. She was not alone (source):

Judith Mallaber MP 18/05/2004 in parliament

We have to make it clear that it has become the province of organised crime, which is making huge amounts of money out of it. The landslide website, which gave rise to Operation Ore, took $1.6 million in its last month of trading before United States police closed it down. Other pay-to-view websites still operate on a similar scale; I do not think that the full extent of the problem has been acknowledged.

The 1.6 million dollars Judith Mallaber quoted is the highest figure quoted anywhere, Jim Gamble of SOCA and John Carr of NCH favouring 1.4 million dollars.

What was the real story?

Landslide (an AVS company) was raided at 10:15 am on 8th September 1999, though it had been effectively shut down around noon on 7th August 1999 when Superior Credit withdrew their second Landslide merchant account due to fraud.

If Judith Mallaber was referring to August 1999, Superior Credit cleared (ignoring chargebacks) $168,075.08. If Judith Mallaber was referring to September, Superior Credit didn't clear any funds. If one refers to any month in the trading history of Landslide Incorporated, it never took 1.6 million dollars. As for the FBI and their role in the Landslide debacle, they had a fiction all of their own.

Accounting for lies

Some police forces spent 25% of their resources on Operation Ore according to the Chief Inspector of Constabularies and it has now been running for over five years. With 43 regional police forces and SOCA spending such resources over such time, the figure Margaret Moran came up with, fictional as it was, is a tiny fraction of the money she helped spend, though the reader is invited to do the maths. Jim Gamble of SOCA said that Operation Ore cost 10 million pounds, a figure that was similarly not even in scale of the truth though in this instance an under statement.

As a consequence

also today incitement to murder

17/03/2006

The lies of former Dallas Detective Steven Nelson still echo in the media, backed up by Michael Mead and other law enforcement operatives who made lying a profession. Due to the disparity between the truth and what this detective said, his presence was required in order to conduct a fair trial outside of the US. This witness could not be cross-examined as Dallas Police said they could not find the former detective, he had retired and disappeared, perhaps to Canada. The 'Canada ploy' was a feature of the Landslide trial, where Mr Nelson gave evidence under oath. He also made statements to the media, provided sworn statements for international operations then left Dallas PD for retirement in Arkansas.

Although Texas is a unique location, a factory of atrocity both within the state and on the international stage, the following video provides an insight into the judicial system in Arkansas and in the US in general. Both child pornography and drugs are commodities traded by the US alphabet agencies, witnessing this fact can be a threat to your liberty or life, as this story about the law enforcement murder of two children demonstrates.

12/03/2007

fact or fiction

Nicholas Sharples SOCA prosecution expert sworn statement (13/09/2006) Operation Ore

The IP address recorded when the person clicked the "Submit Information" button on the Keyz form, is important because it tells us the Internet Service Provider that the person used to connect to the Internet. This means that if I stole a person's name, address and credit card details, and I entered those into the Keyz online form, the IP address I used would not match those used by the person whose details I stole, unless of course I used the same service provider.

US Legislation required restriction of adult content to adults and use of a credit card was deemed acceptable as proof of age. Adult verification systems thus emerged to service and capitalise on the new market. Countering fraud is far more difficult than perpetrating it and if fraud levels passed the 1% ceiling new businesses could disappear as quickly as they came if merchant accounts were withdrawn and vendors blacklisted as happened at Landslide.

Vulnerabilities on the Internet, 'exploits' as they are often technically termed, are too numerous and complex to be known, let alone documented. Data harvesting often occurs via the Internet itself and therefore all the information required to perpetrate organised fraud is readily available. Landslide had a simple system; single page signup, http and no challenge response.

Organised fraudsters could use open proxies or spoof IP addresses. It would have been possible to perpetrate fraud via Landslide without using the same Internet Service Provider as the card holder to connect to the Internet whilst matching the ISP and without any person clicking the submit button.

It is not viable to point the finger at a single source of blame for the fraud levels on the adult Internet though it is relevant to mention that a stream of new laws were not enacted to protect children as claimed, such protections are afforded by laws which are not medium specific. Rather these laws were enacted by design to control the Internet itself, the very nature of threat foreseen by the founding fathers of the US constitution, what is now just a historical document of broken promises between a succession of Presidents and the American people.

09/03/2007

happenstance

Nicholas Sharples SOCA prosecution expert sworn statement (13/09/2006) Operation Ore

Particularly with pornographic sites, the page displayed in the pop-up window is randomly chosen from a list of sites when the pop-up is activated, and in some case the new page can also include more pop-up instructions. The instructions that cause the new web page to be displayed must be included somewhere within the original web-page, so it is often easy to determine when a pop-up is called.

Julie Amero an American teacher convicted and facing 40 years for spawned web pages might be grateful for these comments though in that case circumstances may not have derived in the manner that Nicholas Sharples stated 'must be' as the land of computing and forensics is much more complicated.

A webmaster of particular relevance to Operation Ore (secretly indicted by the FBI) was using popups, redirect sites and other malice (some of which was forensically undetectable) which as Nicholas Sharples conceded took people to sites they didn't intend to visit and at random. This is in contrast to previous 'official' assertions that you 'could not get on these sites by accident'. For a replay of then ACPO spokesman Stuart Hyde click here to hear it.

possession

Possession is one of the issues that kept popping up on discussion boards on the Internet with people in despair and being tortured out of their lives for a concocted story and what in reality their computer might have done as a product of automation. Though thousands of cases were dropped in Operation Ore, illegal material was found on people's computers without metadata indicating how the material got there, or no expert evaluation  was available or able to determine the same. In such instances people were often charged with 'possession' (under POCA or SOA 2003 which was subsequently introduced raising the legal age of imagery to 18 and transferring the burden of proof to the accused). In the States this occurred with an accompanying war cry from Terri Moore and the FBI; 'if you have it you are guilty'. A comment dismantled wholesale by the fact that the FBI were directly involved in the distribution of illegal material in relation to Landslide and follow up operations.

Here in the UK Bill Hughes DG of SOCA was subject to formal complaint after admitting running websites offering illegal imagery when the law explicitly declares the intention of Parliament that such conduct should be prosecuted no matter who does it. The IPCC refused to acknowledge the allegation against a senior police officer evidenced by admission and attacked other allegations using subordinate legislation ignoring the HRA which states; 3(1) 'So far as it is possible to do so, primary legislation and subordinate legislation must be read and given effect in a way which is compatible with the Convention rights.' One is perhaps left to presume that the IPCC considers that which was enacted by the Queen was simply puff.

The IPCC left only one of a number of allegations mentioned, did not deny the substance of the complaints, ignored the fact Andrew Mulholland works directly for the police officers subject to complaint and rendered comments that did not concur with the evidential facts which includes the email referred to, an email responding to the assertion by Andrew Mulholland that only the IPCC could legally investigate as the extent of the allegations were beyond the remit of the NCS Service Authority. In reaching its conclusion, the IPPC simply cited that the allegation  that  they were willing to admit existed was submitted more than one year after the event occurred when there is no statute of limitations in force to such crimes as alleged. Notable perhaps that the IPCC spent over a year before using subordinate legislation in coming to this conclusion.

CEOP the Internet arm of SOCA switched to overtly 'naming and shaming' as a means of advertising, a process that has already been evidenced to have cost people their lives and incited breach of the peace. It is reasonable to deduce that past and future 'costs' cannot therefore have been or be an accident.

It is not abnormal to have a computer that contains illegal material where no one can prove how it got there, this is typically the basis of a 'possession' charge and where the accused cannot prove their innocence, creating a catch 22 that forced so many to plead guilty in an attempt to mitigate harm. A fair trial requires that the burden of proof is on the prosecution, but the laws were specifically changed during Operation Ore removing the presumption of innocence, a prime tenet of justice itself.

Extract of SOA 2003 S46 "a In proceedings for an offence under section 1(1)(a) of making an indecent photograph or pseudo-photograph of a child, the defendant is not guilty of the offence if he proves that ... it was necessary for him to make the photograph or pseudo-photograph for the purposes of the prevention, detection or investigation of crime ..."

(The making charge derives from the fact that a computer works differently to analogue television, to display imagery on screen the browser typically downloads files that are subsequently displayed and in so doing a copy is 'made'. Normally if imagery was believed to have derived from the Internet 'making' is charged, if unknown 'possession'.  Explicitly by law the accused is charged for the method by which a computer operates rather than for what they have done. As 'making' is considered the more serious offence, the law explicitly targets the Internet.)

The Internet is a mixture of all things, commercialism is identified as the greatest threat particularly from commercial monopolies such as Microsoft and their partners. So vast and changing a world to explore is cyberspace that for the surfer so much of the wondrous journey of discovery is simply happenstance.

In one prosecution of this kind, due to the malicious software on the computer, vast quantities of illicit material were deposited unrequested, though in Operation Ore targeting of material specifically derived from popups was planned for and enacted. None of this is new, the first miscarriage of justice of this kind years before put a man in jail based on malicious allegations. As the stories of Landslide were fabricated, such material as people were prosecuted for was more likely to derive from peer to peer, newsgroups, general Internet malice or the plain old misfortune that smiles on us all from time to time.

Nicholas Sharples SOCA prosecution expert sworn statement (13/09/2006) Operation Ore

I note that I found the majority of refund requests, and other complaint emails, were with regard to the websites paid-for not being available or containing material that was not worth the subscription fee. They concerned both KeyZ- and AVS-subscribed websites.

To fill in a gap left by Nicholas Sharples, a fatality gap in instances; emails at Landslide included complaints from people who had gone to websites only to find the content was not what was expected at all.

Landslide evidence - extract from email 16/08/1999

Thank you.

Such emails resulted in Landslide's report to the FBI in the first place, though Special Agent Frank Super of the FBI on oath in court in Fort Worth Texas when called by the defence replaced an event that happened with one that couldn't have.

Miscarriages of justice are deliberately perpetrated and deliberately concealed, if more than one person colludes in such an act, the law defines this as conspiracy. With the collaboration of the media in deception (propaganda) or news black out (censorship), there is one rather important thing to do:

spread the truth

spinning a yarn

Many tricks were deployed in the Landslide trial; evidence had gone missing, wasn't available or couldn't be found despite searching every location where it should have been kept. Perjury was routine and such evidence as there was, was spun. That is Texas, here in the UK a member of SOCA's team of experts made the following sworn statement:

neither the emphasis nor the ???? were in the originals

Nicholas Sharples sworn statement (13/09/2006) for Operation Ore

The email is signed Tom Reedy and is addressed to a webmaster and appears to be apologising for late payment of webmaster fees. He cites the reason for this as having "been under a fraud investigation due to fraudulent credit card transactions from webmasters in Pakistan," [sic]. He states that he has banned those webmasters and hopes that "all these problems with fraud have been corrected".

We are very sorry for the delay in getting you your money...
We have been under a fraud investigation due to fraudulent credit
card transactions from webmasters in Pakastan.....

Some of our funds were frozen until this Monday due to this
activity...We have since banned these webmasters, and rewrote
our programming, Sorry for the delay, we will send your money
asap. We hope all these problems with fraud have been corrected,
and will be on track next month.
Tom Reedy

The fraud was a serious one and the merchant account was withdrawn but ignoring the context we contrast a direct quotation by Nicholas Sharples with the original evidence:

"We hope all these problems with fraud have been corrected" - Landslide evidence

"all these problems with fraud have been corrected" - Nicholas Sharples

true lies

Concerted attempts have been made to remove 'truth and lies' as a concept, instead the public is only allowed to consider the official story, anything that disagrees with the official story is in the land of conspiracy theory as the BBC have been at pains to point out of late, a profitable disease that has even reached the shores of France. It would seem that official stories are allowed, unofficial stories are not allowed and the ownership of information is more important than what the information is. That is of course how Rupert Murdoch has made his living as the spectre of censorship becomes increasingly visible. Censorship has always been the most dangerous weapon, hence freedom of speech so vital.

The weapon of the dictator is not so much propaganda as censorship.  - Terence Qualter

The duty of the courts should be quite different, it is not supposed to be based upon propaganda and fantasy, nor even on what is true or false, rather what is proven by the evidence. The veneer of nobility in the British judicial system has been stripped away by Operation Ore, as what is practiced is worlds apart from what is preached. A judicial process that was not so long ago the envy of the world, was rather ugly on in the inside as so many have found out in a nation that has tried to impose inquisitions in place of trials by the evidence, a fact that has been screaming from the pages of the inquisition21 website, the beacon that lit the path through troubled times like a biblical prophecy: "where there is darkness, let there be light".

Many victims of Operation Ore left the United Kingdom, not in shame, rather because what their nation had done or tried to do to them was beneath contempt. Trust was broken and if they were ashamed, it was at what was done to them rather than by them.

Nicholas Sharples sworn statement (13/09/2006) for Operation Ore

I am aware that Landslide operated a "no questions asked refund policy", meaning that a subscription fee was refunded to whoever asked for one.

This is an example of an 'official story' presented by SOCA expert Nicholas Sharples. 'New formula washing up liquid', 'original formula', 'satisfaction guaranteed', 'satisfaction or you money back' are slogans of the deceptive world of marketing, the land of liars and it appears that this expert was trying to sell us something rather than evidence and present the facts, the task that he is paid for.

What was being sold here is akin to the flannel of a spiv. Even the infamous Dallas Detective Nelson whose lies still reverberate through the media had some honesty in relation to this fact.

Steven Nelson sworn statement (03/10/2002) for Operation Ore

Rather than provide refunds to the clients, Landslide.com, in reply, directed the clients to a site called PUSSIES 4 U. LandSlide.com owned this site and it could only be accessed through KEYZ.COM.

This was more in line with the truth of the matter, pussies4u was set up specifically as a device to mitigate against chargebacks and refunds. Unlike the public material that was scooped up and sold by webmasters through Landslide and other AVS systems,  the material on this Landslide site was bought and paid for by Landslide itself, providing an alternative option for dissatisfied customers and victims of fraud and scam.

Whereas Nicholas Sharples is entitled to his own opinion, he is not entitled to his own facts and one fact can be worth more than a thousand words. For testimony of substance we once again refer to the expert here whose selfless dedication to task emulates the quote:

I only regret that I have but one life to lose for my country. - Nathan Hale

witnesses for hire

With prosecution witnesses Dr Sam Type and Sharon Girling (SOCA) recently examined in relation to the information they have supplied, this update relates to Nicholas Sharples who is another of the Celt team who worked with SOCA on the Landslide data, perhaps the last.

Nicholas Sharples sworn statement (13/09/2006) for Operation Ore

I note that in each Operation Ore case in which I have been directly involved to-date, where a defence of fraud, identity theft, hacking or other unauthorised use of credit card details has been introduced, I have made an analysis of  the individuals data stored within the customer database and within the various log files stored on the computer specifically looking for evidence of such activity. I have found none.

We are fortunate to be able to refer to an expert in relation to this sworn statement, particularly fortunate as this is one of the experts that SOCA has gone to some lengths to try to destroy. Such conduct may be acceptable to Nick Hardwick at the IPCC, to Rose Fitzpatrick at MPS and to Sir Stephen Lander at SOCA, but shooting the messenger as cowardly as it is corrupt, has not destroyed the messages here and here.

Jim Bates disclosure in the public interest (04/03/2007) for Operation Ore

It has even been possible to ascertain some of the methods used by the fraudsters as a result of finding :-
-clear evidence of hacking.
-clear evidence of identity theft.
-clear evidence of carding.

The likelihood of one individual being right increases in direct proportion to the intensity to which others are trying to prove him wrong. - Harry Segall

the lunatics are in charge of the asylum

A lot of controversy has arisen in relation to various databases maintained by the state. A hearing took place in August 2005 in relation to someone who challenged the fact they were excluded from work that might include children. The verdict was unanimous, the appeal failed, the appellant being deemed unsuitable to work with children.

Extracts from 34 points

15. Police Officer Girling states in her witness statement: "Landslide Productions Inc and Landslide Inc's company business was as an internet portal, hosting thousands of websites on behalf of hundreds of Webmasters worldwide. The webmaster registered these websites with Landslide as either AVS or KeyZ. The AVS predominantly contained images of adult pornography and the KeyZ websites predominantly contained images of children being subjected to various levels of sexual abuse."

17. What is not clear from the evidence of Police Officer Girling is the exact material that Mr CN looked at. However, as Police Officer Girling states, the purchasers would not be provided generally with material that was available for free elsewhere on the internet. The material was only available for a period of seven days, and we accept the evidence of Police Officer Girling that the KeyZ sites contained predominantly images of child abuse, with only a small proportion of the KeyZ containing images of exclusively adult sexual activity.

19. We have decided that it is more likely than not that he did access through KeyZ some images of children that must be categorised as indecent. First, it is clear to us that he admitted in the police interview that the age group he was looking for was children in the thirteen, fourteen and fifteen category. The exchanges in the police interview are important. We have of course listened to the tape, and we are satisfied that there was no pressure put on Mr CN:

34. Accordingly, it is our unanimous decision that both appeals be dismissed.

His Honour Judge David Pearl
(President)
Mr Ken Coleman
Ms Linda Redford.
24th August 2005.

Extract 15: Sharon Girling asserted that Landslide hosted thousands of websites and that keyz predominantly involved children being subjected various levels of sexual abuse. Prejudicial and emotive statements however these were imputing facts not made in evidence. If Ms Girling really did allege that Landslide hosted thousands of websites, she might kindly enlighten us all by listing 100 of them.

Extract 17: Police Officer Girling states the purchasers would not be provided generally with material that was available for free elsewhere on the Internet. The site in question which Sharon Girling didn't demonstrate any knowledge of was hosted on a public server. Without special security scripts being provided by the webmaster the material (which wasn't identified) would be freely available, the material having been collected from the public domain in the first place.

Extract 19: The committee is of the view that no pressure was put upon Mr X. Sufficient to say this statement though not unexpected was truly remarkable.

If this was the production of a broadcaster like the BBC one could perhaps understand why children lost a specialist helper for no apparent reason at all, but a man's livelihood was at stake, the burden of proof was on the state and justice was miscarried.

the hired gun

Dr Sam Type is an appointed expert witness for SOCA (previously NCS) in respect of Operation Ore, and she made various sworn statements headed by '... is true to the best of my knowledge and belief and I make it knowing that, if it is tendered in evidence, I shall be liable to prosecution if I have wilfully stated anything which I know to be false or do not believe to be true'.

The following was tendered in evidence:

Dr Sam Type sworn testimony (28/03/2003) for Operation Ore

On Tuesday 4th February, my colleagues, Mr Brian Underhill and Mr Nicholas Sharples, and I met DC S Girling, National crime squad.

...

'The detailed examination was initially restricted to the computer Sun1 as that was the computer acting as the main web server.

I established that this web server was last used normally at approximately 10:15 hours (CST) on the 8th September 1999 (dependant on the accuracy of the computer's clock at the time).'

Dr Sam Type stated she performed a detailed examination of a computer referred to as 'Sun1' and found it was last used normally at around 10:15 am on 8th September 1999. Dr Sam Type would be required by law to disclose any evidence that undermines the prosecution case, so if the data had been altered, or as Dr Sam Type might have put it 'used abnormally', defence in Operation Ore trials would have to have been advised.

Dr Sam Type on oath in court 10/05/2005

Q. Now, please help me with this. If you never saw the Landslide computers yourself, and forget the MD5# questions for a moment. okay? You tell us that the image is an image of the computer from which the image was taken on the date of the image. How can you, Dr. Type, sitting in your lab in the UK, satisfy yourself that the image that you're looking at is an image of the computer as it would have been working on the 8th September 1999?

A. I can look the access dates on the files in order to see which ones had been - - sorry, modified dates on the files to see if any had been changed since that date.

Q. Right, and did you do that?

A. Yes.

Q. What did you discover?

A. That some of the files on the system had been changed after that date. None of the ones that were essential to the operation of the website.

Q. I'm sorry, I didn't catch that?

A. But none of those that were essential to the operation of the website.

Q. Right. So which files had been accessed or altered or modified?

A. I haven't got a specific list. Some were accessed, very few were modified. They were dotted all over the computer. There were various ones.

The official version of events as presented by US law enforcement was that they raided Landslide at 10:15 am on 8th September 1999 and Ray Smith of USPIS asserted that they got everyone to stand back from the computers to prevent the evidence being contaminated. Dr Sam Type appears to have started with this story, but then it seems to have changed to 'I haven't got a specific list. Some were accessed, very few were modified. They were dotted all over the computer. There were various ones.'

The Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act 1996 stipulates 'the prosecutor must disclose to the accused any prosecution material which has not previously been disclosed to the accused and which in the prosecutor's opinion might undermine the case for the prosecution against the accused ...'

The Computer evidence at Landslide was part of a crime scene. If a police officer handled a weapon used in a crime without taking precautions, this might contaminate the crime scene, introducing doubt as to the provenance of the evidence. This could undermine the prosecution case as it is the burden of the prosecution to prove guilt of the accused beyond doubt.

According to guidelines for handling computer evidence produced by ACPO (Association of Chief Police Officers), principle 1 stipulates: 'No action taken by law enforcement agencies or their agents should change data held on a computer or storage media which may subsequently be relied upon in court.'

In this instance with computer evidence involved, the facts suggest that we have data that is subject to question and an expert witness that is subject to question.

Routine defence disclosures should have included a full file and directory listing to enable independent verification of the assertions by prosecution expert Dr Sam Type. Investigating the integrity of the data is the duty of prosecution and defence alike and had appropriate disclosures been made, the contamination of the evidence would have been detected, quantified and documented at the outset.

Yesterday's press covered a miscarriage of justice righted courtesy of the Internet where the parents were not advised by social services that an adopted child had a pre-existing medical condition and where expert medical evidence in court secured a conviction. The convictions were overturned after the accused had spent 15 months in jail; reported here (archive) and here.

freedom of the press is the Internet

With so much known, exposed and evidenced about Operation Ore via so many outlets, some have struggled to understand why the media have actively ignored the truth or have even attacked it. In the case of the BBC this included pumping out newspeak (1984) on a factory scale and participating in malicious attacks on one of the foremost forensic experts in the field whose work is held in such esteem it is unnecessary to name him in person. They were not able to attack his expertise or work (rather the converse was true) but out went the story that he didn't have a civil degree whilst ignoring the fact that SOCA experts that did and didn't had been sufficiently discredited to render previous prosecutions unsafe. Such reporting by the BBC is specifically unlawful, they were evidentially exposed in Operation Ore and their recent advertising for Microsoft (who were directly involved from the start of the Landslide debacle to this day) has been subject to formal complaint elsewhere.

One of the world's leading experts on the media, sometimes referred to as 'the conscience of America' was interrogated by the BBC's Andrew Marr in 1996 in a room resembling a scene in advance from Abu Ghraib prison. Despite what appeared to be a well planned assault by Andrew Marr, the illusion of a free press in the UK was shattered on air and intellectual Noam Chomsky has been largely excluded by the mainstream media ever since which rather proves the point as he is credited as being the 8th most cited scholar of his time (which is now). The BBC interview can be heard here (or here).

The BBC having pushed the limits of propaganda and censorship to new heights have themselves become the story and are being reported both on the Internet and mainstream media outside of the UK. In Operation Ore the BBC were involved at the preparatory stage and were there during the media drive by Bill Hughes and Shy Keenan. Worthy of note that with the help of the BBC, Operation Ore was the most advertised secret investigation in history.

Both the expert and Noam Chomsky were also attacked in the Guardian, a well known BBC recruiting ground. In the case of the former the Guardian created an oxymoron: 'A confidential warning has been given to the police and senior prosecutors questioning the credibility of a computer analyst who has given expert testimony in highly sensitive court cases.' Confidential it was not though such wording could have been an earnest attempt by a journalist to package some truth in what was otherwise clearly a hit piece to order. In the case of the linguistics professor a formal complaint was lodged and apology obtained.

yesterday's conspiracy or tomorrow's truth

Alternative stories even if evidenced to the hilt are often given the title of 'conspiracy' in order to discredit lines of reporting which are not official (allowed) and the distinction between conspiracy and conspiracy theory is deliberately ignored or used as a false euphemism for nutcase to assault the messenger and distract from the message. The BBC have been running a series of hit pieces using propaganda against conspiracy theories and censorship against conspiracy in relation to some rather important historical events where the official stories were becoming discredited if not proven to be false. Most recently this included the very event that represented the funeral of the BBC involving the former Chief of Justice in Northern Ireland, the now infamous Lord Hutton.

After recent challenges to a BBC hit piece, they claim to have lost the video of one of the most critical events in history, the systemic collapse of a building in New York, a tape which evidences that they accidentally broadcast this rather important news item before the event had happened. WT7 was demolished and replaced with a new one, but the BBC fancy themselves as magicians labelling a journalist as an 'evangelist' and a young truth seeker 'a college drop out'. The journalist is a journalist who avoids religion and the young truth seeker had never been to college to drop out, but he BBC would rather people looked the other way. The BBC have now become the laughing stock even of the mainstream media though journalists have been leaving for a time in order to ply their trade elsewhere or at all.

For those seeking a public enquiry, if history was not enough to evidence that such avenues are meaningless, attention of the reader is drawn to the Inquiries Act 2005 passed on June the 7th 2005 which places the executive in charge of any public inquiry, similar to the setup with the IPCC and the police.

Whilst SOCA and their American counterparts (Homeland Security's ICE) liaise in the UK and the jumping jacks at the BBC become increasingly distanced from reality (alternative), the public thirst for truth is a mounting debt that will have to be repaid.

Nobody made a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could only do a little. - Edmund Burke

James Gamble in the House of Lords continued

In question 220 on the 10th of January 2007 the Earl of Erroll asks Jim Gamble a follow up question about the Landslide website:

A very quick question then, there was no other sort of pornography on that website, it is purely child pornography? I have never visited it so I do not know.

Mr Gamble responds:

I am glad because we would have met under other circumstances perhaps! Let me be very clear here.

We will stop Mr. Gamble there as the ramble that followed was far from clear and did not answer the question. Had the Earl of Erroll been visiting the Landslide website in 1999 or subsequently via the waybackmachine he would not have been committing an offence in so doing. The Earl perhaps felt it necessary to assert his innocence by saying he had not visited the site, some would say this has the pathology of denial which is common in a witch hunt, but irrelevant in the circumstances. The point is perhaps made by inviting the Earl of Erroll to visit 'the site'. Contrary to evidence used by SOCA, the real home page can be viewed here.

Not being guilty of an offence does not remotely suggest one is safe from conviction; the IWF have since edited their website but it once proudly proclaimed the presumption of guilt introduced with the SOA 2003. The law also increased the age of an adult in respect of imagery from 16 to 18, rendering millions of copies of The Sun newspaper child pornography, not to mention countless computers, as even if you ask Windows to delete something you didn't want, it doesn't do what you say and remove it, it just takes it out of the index, and the courts have accepted you are guilty of possession even though you cannot access what you are supposed to have.

As for the Earl of Erroll, he can search through the archive of Landslide domains and sub domains as hard as he likes, but he will not be committing an offence or generating suspicion of committing an offence, rather the joke that Mr. Gamble told was on him. If he leaves Landslide intentionally or otherwise, then he is as vulnerable as anyone to the very laws his office has helped create.

James Gamble in the House of Lords

On Wednesday 10th of January 2007 in the House of Lords, James Gamble (accompanied by Ms Sharon Girling, Mr Tim Right and Mr John Carr) stated without any objection:

"The principal operation of Landslide was simply this: you went on; you identified what you wanted; you handed over your credit card details and you were sent a password back to your e-mail address which you had; you then went back on-line using that password which had been sent to your computer and then accessed your choice."

Landslide was primarily an adult payment gateway and the keyz system that was at the centre of numerous allegations was not a place you would 'identify what you wanted' as James Gamble asserted, you couldn't as there wasn't even a menu of sites there to select from. Adult verification intermediaries like Landslide were set up to comply with US law where ownership of a credit card was deemed as proof of age. If you wanted to pay for access to an adult website on the Internet which used the Landslide payment gateway, you would be redirected to Landslide for the purposes of entering payment or access authentication, though such was the malice on the Internet, that is only how Landslide intended the system to operate. Payment systems that offer substantial payback to webmasters such as Landslide keyz were common targets for fraud.

normal operation

James Gamble was responding to Question 219 from the Earl of Erroll who was asking in effect for comment on advice he had received that people were hounded when there was no evidence of breaking the law or evidence had been misinterpreted. James Gamble responded:

"It is common practice in many cases - and I have been a law enforcement officer for over 26 years - to try and discredit an operation of any type, not least this type in a new area. I would not want to associate myself with any investigation that manifested itself in the way you described, and that does not bear any resemblance, in my view, to my actual experience of this investigation."

It would have been true to say attempts were made to discredit other operations James Gamble had involvement in, not least by relatives of the deceased and those acting out of conscience. Numerous murders in Northern Ireland including of human rights activists and solicitors were subject to several enquiries and Prime Minister Tony Blair has made a public apology following investigations into Belfast Special Branch. James Gamble and Ronnie Flanagan left for England after the truth received exposure in the mainstream media.

psychological torture

Psychological torture techniques are increasingly popular, practiced by security agencies, practiced in Northern Ireland and systematically in Operation Ore. The recent popularity in part stems from some unique benefits of such practices; by disconnecting the victim from their environment, persecuting them using personal issues (real or imaginary) and generating a climate of terror, the victim undermines themselves to the point they are coerced into accepting a charge, committing self harm or even death. The perpetrator of the crime has the advantage of distancing themselves from the victim and the crime, creating some deniability in relation to both the cause and consequences of the criminal act. The victim has seemingly destroyed themselves seemingly fulfilling the false claim that torture is either acceptable or of merit.

The formal media in the UK has been a conveyor belt of propaganda and false information, and in a land infested with corporatism, false information is released on an industrial scale. The true death count in Operation Ore has been deliberately concealed from the public; propaganda and censorship being two of the greatest threats known to man.

Only recently there was another victim of this process and the reason for this update is to attempt to mitigate further death and devastation. Freedom or imprisonment is substantially a state of mind and however uncomfortable or unrecoverable circumstances may appear, a critical issue is whether the state of mind is natural or imposed, with torture it is imposed.

You may be out there thinking no one would understand, no one would care, no one would believe the truth let alone understand all the complexities of the human condition. That is of course neither thinking nor true; reclaim your mind.

23/02/2007

a question of fraud

As covered previously, SOCA expert Dr Sam Type testified that she had not found evidence of fraud, Michael Mead of USPIS had never seen evidence of fraud, though is now employed in the online fraud department of Blockbuster.

Back in April 2004, Dr Sam Type responded to the following question:

Question: What are the processes involved in a user getting a refund, and how does a refund differ from a chargeback?

Answer: In general terms, a refund is money put back onto a customer’s credit-card through a retailer informing a credit-card company that the customer’s money should be returned. So, for example, if I buy a pen from the local stationers using my Visa credit card, the stationer will let me take the pen and request a transfer into their bank-account from Visa for the cost of the pen. If I subsequently return the pen, the stationer will perform a refund transaction on my Visa card and return the amount to Visa. Visa will add that money to the funds available to spend on my card. [1] A chargeback usually occurs when a credit-card company determines that a credit-card has been used fraudulently. So, if, after I have bought the pen, Visa find-out that the card I used was stolen, they will take back the money from the stationer’s bank account. I will still have the pen and the stationer will have lost the money.

With regard to Landslide, a refund is a request made for money to be returned by a subscriber and [2] a chargeback is a request made for money to be returned by a webmaster for a particular user subscription.

[1] is an answer that stands, whereas [2] seems to attempt to change the position in relation to Landslide, which is not correct. In the case of Landslide it is the same, a chargeback would be expected to materialise when the credit card company imposes a reversal after determining the transaction was fraud, the webmaster is unlikely to be involved at all, except in so far as they wouldn't receive money or Landslide would deduct funds from future payments. Additional charges are levied for charge-backs, and so Landslide were unlikely to welcome such events.

It is the role of forensic experts to investigate and report on fraud. Dr Sam Type says that chargebacks normally represent fraud, so were there any indicators that stand out on their own? An extract of the SOCA exhibits list includes:

puff in the guardian

Police are failing to investigate thousands of people who are suspected of accessing paedophile websites because of lack of resources, say child protection experts.

Businesses like NSPCC, NCH and Banardos are represented by John Carr and presented as charities. This is merely a deception, the business is child exploitation in contravention of international treaty, and the funding is provided directly by the state, reportedly John Carr's home charity NCH is 88% funded by the state.

The European Commission has become so concerned about the growth in online child pornography that it has set up special hotlines for members of the public to report illegal content on the internet.

This is commercial politics of the most evil kind as it is part of the infection of nations afar. Hotlines are being sponsored directly by Microsoft and the European State in partnership, though who owns who is not in doubt, as Microsoft owns shares in the American Department of Justice, charges against the company by every state of America being wiped out by presidential order.

But he admitted there was now a need for the government to wake up to the scale of the problem. Gamble asked: 'Do I need more people? Yes, of course I do.'

This is government policy presented backwards, the routine 180 spin, the puff piece just evidence that the people have been replaced by the media as discussed at critest.

US Government exposure 13/02/2007

As Blair and Bush push for further punitive sanctions against Iran as a prelude to war, it is perhaps worth reflecting what the sanctions against Iraq amounted to.

Madeleine Albright, Bill Clinton’s secretary of state, put so succinctly when asked if the deaths of half a million children were a price worth paying for sanctions. "We think the price is worth it," she replied.

We know Mr Bush and Mr Blair, you have been lying, your words weapons of mass destruction, but you have a little time to reflect; peace or war.

Imagine a city torn by sectarian strife. Competing death squads roam the streets; terrorists stage horrific attacks. Local authority is distrusted and weak; local populations protect the extremists in their midst, out of loyalty or fear. A bristling military occupation exacerbates tensions at every turn, while offering prime targets for bombs and snipers. And behind the scenes, in a shadow world of double-cross and double-bluff, covert units of the occupying power run agents on both sides of the civil war, countenancing - and sometimes directing - assassinations, terrorist strikes, torture sessions, and ethnic cleansing.

Is this a portrait of Belfast during "The Troubles" in Northern Ireland? Or a picture of Baghdad today? It is both; and in both cases, one of Britain's most secret - and most criminally compromised - military units has plied its trade in the darkness, "turning" and controlling terrorist killers in a dangerous bid to wring actionable intelligence from blood and betrayal. And America's covert soldiers are right there with them, working side-by-side with their British comrades in the aptly named "Task Force Black," the UK's Sunday Telegraph reports..

Those who analyse the media in this territory will not have failed to notice the recent propaganda exercise pointing to Austria, indeed advanced notice went up on this site. Things came a little unglued in Ireland when RTE television were caught on the hop rather than having been given names and an accompanying story in advance. False information emerging from the Guardia did not satisfy RTE's porn addiction and once again the Republic of Ireland was a point of fracture.

Although some facts have now emerged, it is a dangerous folly to be diverted by propaganda in the newspapers at the expense of the real and important issues that are causing such harm. We need only reflect back on false propaganda in Operation Ore by way of example.

Mr Murdoch facing defeat in the battle against the Internet and the truth took the almost unprecedented step of admitting to fiddling the news, the former chief intelligence analyst of the CIA recently said there is no media in America. The UK fares rather worse as can be seen from the false information in the samples below.

time/cnn (20/08/2001)

The FBI's arrest of more than 100 people for subscribing to child porn over the Internet was accompanied by little of the usual debate over possible entrapment. Opposing child-porn prosecution is surely the fastest way to lose public support. But another reason, investigators say, is that they were careful to avoid such charges. Lieut. Bill Walsh of the Dallas police department, which developed more than half the cases against Landslide Productions and its customers, says agents made contact with people who showed interest in child porn, but "if rebuffed, we didn't pursue them." Agents ignored requests for adult porn and pursued only those who asked for videos of children or for actual children to meet. "Some gave us very graphic instructions of what they wanted," says Walsh. "We allowed them to choose their own poison."

BBC (11/02/2002)

On Monday 6 August 2001, Texas computer consultant Thomas Reedy was jailed for 1,335 years for running an internet child porn ring.

Today, that investigation is continuing in the UK as officers struggle to work their way through evidence against an estimated 7,000 suspects.

telegraph (03/08/2002)

More than 7,000 British paedophiles have been snared in a sting operation by US authorities investigating two worldwide internet child pornography rings.

Detectives in Britain have been given the names and addresses of 7,272 Britons who used their credit cards to access pictures of under-age children, some as young as a few months old, engaged in sex acts.

Whilst the architects of Operation Ore refused to comply with the Freedom of Information Act in respect of the death count, a range of conflicting numbers were fed to the media. There is no official death count by their own words, however analysis of such statistics as are available suggests that more people have been killed by Operation Ore so far in the UK than were prosecuted in America at the official end of Operation Avalanche.

The horrors of 'Lives' in a police state

... imagine living in a country, the former East Germany, in which the secret police, known as the Stasi, had 100,000 employees and 200,000 informants, and whose stated goal was "to know everything"

A new German film 'the lives of others' (Das Leben der Anderen) opens on Friday.

media becomes the news

RTE and BBC television attempted to pass off fiction as fact knowing full well the consequences. When the Broadcasting Complaints Commission were brought in, they lied too knowing full well the consequences. The media have hounded people to death, not a word was said the first time this happened, for the blood sport media needs its victims, they want you to be angry enough that you write half of the story in your head, and if you stop thinking, you won't realise who is choosing what you think.

Everything you read in newspapers is absolutely true, except for that rare story of which you happen to have first-hand knowledge. - Erwin Knoll

The founding father of modern journalism blazed this trail with a story about child prostitution. The whole nation was up in arms but the story did not provide the truth behind what were very sordid events. To create the headlines the journalist himself had paid for sex with a young child, not a prostitute, he paid extra for a virgin.

Modern journalism in the UK, founded on the rape of a child is now in the hands of a few, just jumping jacks that play the tune as happened in the last dark period in world history. You only have to look at a few newspapers on the same day to see the game for what it is, unless that is you believe the next sneeze you have really is bird flu, though that nonsense is also the work of someone involved in child rape.

So many of the world's problems are caused by lies, the first step to solving them is simply telling the truth, but to have the truth you must question and find it, and courtesy of the Internet, quite often, as long as no one controls it, you can do just that.

You can't prevent climate change, by and large these cycles are natural events, but to help protect the environment, why kill a perfectly good tree to smear it with information that harms us all?

I believe in equality for everyone, except reporters and photographers. - Gandhi

The background to a recent update on deceptions by the BBC and RTE was previously available at inquisition21. The link for this is no longer functional, so background on FBI Special Agent Frank Super is reconstructed here so the significance of 1997 is set in context.

The broadcast deception by RTE and the BBC in May 2006 included former prosecuting attorney Terri Moore re-asserting the version of the story that was told at the trial, Agent Frank Super was green, but behind the scenes it is said she had some choice expressions of her own for this agent. To her credit as a prosecutor, she won without a case in what was effectively the first Operation Ore trial.

Special Agent Frank Super being green doesn't quite cut it. If the person he met was not even employed, the child pornography site didn't exist and it was the wrong building for Landslide, apart from going to the toilet what Frank Super was doing there remains a mystery.

The 1998 investigation is evidenced, a communication dated 07/08/1998 to the Sri Lankan CID included the following:

I apologize for the delay in responding to your request in the captioned matter. The FBI has many on-going investigations involving credit cards frauds on the Internet. It is a significant problem confronting all of us as "consumers."

Our records have no adverse information regarding Landslide Productions or Thomas Reedy.

In a court room in Dallas Fort Worth, with judge Means presiding, evidence confirms that courtesy of Texas FBI Special Agent Frank Super, history was re-written.

We will not be analysing the recent visit by James Gamble (SOCA) and John Carr (NCH) to the House of Lords. John Carr, who works for SOCA, child advocates and the Home Office to name a few, is retained by NCH as an expert.

According to an article released in the Guardian today,  NCH a listed charity receives 88% of their funding from the state. In a nation where real child care neither exists nor is on offer, one only has to follow the money to see why. (accounts)

Irish story continues - deception in the media

We revisit the 'RTE factual' broadcast 'chain reactions' that was subject to a number of complaints, one of the grandest media deceptions since the circus began in Dallas Fort Worth back in 1999 with the BBC in tow. The BBC, BCC and RTE have robustly stood by facts which were challenged by complaint, facts which were false, facts that in many instances they could easily verify at a glance were false. So numerous are the examples (some visited before) it would be hard to conclude other than that the deceptions were wilful.

The Hutton

All the complaints raised with the BCC were rejected, the rejections taking the form of arrogant denials of Sir Ronnie Flanagan proportions, restating easily verifiable falsehoods as fact, knowing full well the consequences of such facts as were concealed included justice itself. The BCC rejection report was written by the broadcaster, and it asserted that it had not violated the law stating:

RTÉ's view is that the programme was factually accurate, impartial and objective.

This is when untruth becomes a lie and a sample comment from the rejection is used to illustrate the point:

The chain started in Sri Lanka in 1997, with the credit card spending habits of a Government Official and ended in the Irish Courts, with a number of people being prosecuted under the 1998 Child Trafficking and Pornography Act.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but not their own facts. The chronology of these events was subject to complaint, but it appears that RTE think a lie becomes true if it is repeated often enough. That is of course deception, the assertions by RTE, BCC and the BBC were false, and we demonstrate this using their own broadcast.

lies at a glance

A glance at the capture from the RTE Factual broadcast itself show the 21st of June 1998 was when the lavish spending by a Sri Lankan minister hit the news (invoking a police investigation the following month). The broadcaster one presumes simply wanted the people and the courts to believe their story rather than the truth. No wonder perhaps that the Freedom of Information request for the members interests of the BCC was refused.

This was not an insignificant lie, this relates to a critical weakness in the prosecution case in Texas, and Terri Moore then prosecuting attorney now failed politician and Special Agent Frank Super of the infamous Texas FBI presented lies in court, in the case of Frank Super, evidenced perjury. Agent Frank Super was called by the defence and had he told the truth, there would have been no trial, no chain reaction and the Republic of Ireland would have kept more of their sovereignty and peace, not to mention the legal requirement that was dismembered; the presumption of innocence. As inquisition21 disclosed the investigation in 1997 never happened.

Imagine if RTE hadn't been discovered, but they were discovered.

Three transactions on one of the Sri Lankan minister's credit cards were of an adult nature, the Landslide transaction was processed on the 11th of May 1998, but for RTE to admit this, their story about Frank Super being green and just out of school would have been a myth and Operation Amethyst which has been running for five years exposed as a  rather ugly sham. As has been seen by the medieval pillory and devastation, the marriage of RTE and Texas is a marriage made in hell.

RTE television attempts to defend the messengers were as bold as they were foolish, as it was the messages which faced challenge. That said, RTE made one concession:

The productions team's research was extremely thorough. They were fully aware that an element of controversy had arisen out of statements made by Law Enforcement Agencies in the US relating to Landslide.

Are these independent broadcasters or do they work for Microsoft? Who really runs RTE television, where are these people, what are they doing today?

Ronnie Flanagan - The Ore Protector

Courtesy of the Internet, we can go back, and find out when Jim Gamble and Sir Ronnie Flanagan fled Northern Ireland, what it was they left behind. Operation Ore, Northern Ireland and elsewhere, the message was death, devastation and deceit.

FLANAGAN DENIAL OF FULTON TIP WAS 'FACTUALLY WRONG' - O'LOAN

"There is absolutely no reason why Omagh should have happened. The police have been in dereliction of their duty to protect my wife and the citizens of Omagh and Northern Ireland," said Mr. Rush. "Special Branch are a law unto themselves and it's time this was rooted out."

Kevin Skelton, who also lost his wife in the bombing, called for a public inquiry. "I am very shocked. I feel absolutely betrayed," he said.

A letter sent by RUC Chief Constable Sir Ronnie Flanagan to the Sunday People newspaper dismissing the relevance of a tip-off about the impending bomb in Omagh in 1998 has been described by the Police Ombudsman, Nuala O'Loan, as having been "factually wrong".

Sir Ronnie Flanagan concluded that the tip-off about the bomb given by "Kevin Fulton", an RUC Special Branch informer was retrospective and found to be without any foundation whatsoever.

However, the Ombudsman's report, published today said the tip-off "was not retrospective and has been found to have substance".

The report is a damning inditement of the role of the Royal Ulster Constabulary's Special Branch in failing to take appropriate action following two warnings of an impending attack before the Omagh bombing.

The report stated that RUC Chief Constable Sir Ronnie Flanagan's flawed judgment in the Omagh bomb inquiry significantly reduced the chances of catching the Real IRA killers.

The detectives who headed the investigation into the Omagh bomb atrocity were also accused of failing the 29 victims and their families.

In the devastating report into the investigation, Ms O'Loan accused senior management in the Royal Ulster Constabulary of being "defensive and uncooperative". (irish american 12/12/2001)

...

Yesterday the truth emerged: there were warnings and the police ignored them

A devastating report on the police inquiry into the Omagh bombing will reveal that warnings were received and ignored, crucial intelligence was not passed to the inquiry team, key suspects were never questioned and the investigation itself was riddled with hundreds of errors.
One of the warnings, 11 days before the atrocity in 1998, named the Co Tyrone town as the target for a terrorist attack and gave the date as August 15, the day that 29 people were killed by a Real IRA car bomb.

The anonymous telephone caller named four people who were planning the attack. Yet, astonishingly, they were never questioned and special branch later claimed the warning had nothing to do with the bomb.

Another warning, from a doub
